Volunteers are the life-blood of any community organization. Hatfield-Towamencin Connie Mack is no exception. While we always seem to have voluteers to staff the teams, there are areas where help could be used. These areas are:
Field Preparation - Prior to the season and during the season. Pre-season work involves preparing the Butch Clemens Field (BCF) for play. This requires a day of pre-season field prep involving tilling the field with the TYA tractor and grooming the pitchers mound and base areas. Some work at HQM and School Road Park may be required as well.
Equipment / Uniforms - Equipment must be inventoried, new equipment ordered and uniforms ordered for both the summer and fall season. With 4-5 Connie Mack teams and 2-3 Senior Connie Mack teams, this activity is not overwhelming and requires some activity a few days a year.
